AI Visibility

AI visibility tracking

A fixed prompt set run repeatedly across engines, reported weekly as citation rate, share of voice and competitor comparison.

What we do

AI visibility tracking tells you, week by week, whether AI engines mention your brand, link to you or recommend someone else. AI answers change from one run to the next, so a single screenshot proves very little. We run the same fixed set of prompts on a schedule across all five engines and report the pattern rather than the one-off.

What we work on

  • A prompt set built with you from real buyer questions, grouped by product line, intent and market.
  • Citation rate: how often each engine links to your site across the set.
  • Share of voice: how often you are named compared with the competitors you choose.
  • Search Console movement in the same report, so AI and organic changes sit side by side.
  • Notes on new competitors appearing on prompts where you used to be named.

What you get

A weekly report in plain words: what moved, which prompts you gained or lost, and what we suggest fixing next. The prompt set stays fixed so weeks can be compared, and any change to it is agreed with you first.

Questions

AI visibility tracking: common questions

How many prompts do you track?

It depends on your categories and markets. We start with the questions closest to a purchase and add more only when they earn a place.

Why do results move between weeks?

AI engines can answer the same question differently and change their sources over time. Repeating the same prompts separates real movement from that noise.

Can we add our own prompts?

Yes. Questions your sales or support team hear from customers often make the best prompts. We add them at the start of a reporting period so trends stay comparable.

Is this the same as rank tracking?

No. Rank tracking records a position in a list of links. AI tracking records whether you appear in a written answer at all, how you are described and whether you are linked.
